David Segalini, CEO
Mr. Segalini oversees Imperative’s corporate growth strategy and business operations. He has varied experience in clandestine intelligence operations, security and intelligence consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Mr. Segalini is a former Operations Officer in CIA’s Directorate of Operations. Subsequent to his government service, he worked for The Arkin Group, a private intelligence firm based in New York, where he also served as a Director of National Security Equity Partners. From 2013-2017, Mr. Segalini worked in business and corporate development for Xator Corporation. He is a graduate of Georgetown University.
Bob Miller, President & CFO
Mr. Miller oversees Imperative’s finance, accounting, contracts and enterprise infrastructure. He also leads our operational compliance and reporting. Mr. Miller has 35 years of government contract accounting and finance experience, the last 25 of which were in senior/executive management positions at small- and mid-size companies. He has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience on both the buy and sell side. Mr. Miller holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a B.S in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
